PHILOSOPHY
Anna believes that art can change the world. As a queer writer and artist, she believes that the deepest truths in life are not taught but felt. Telling the story of her travels, trauma, healing, and resilience both in words and in paint has been a journey of self discovery and radical self acceptance. Anna believes in the power of sharing authenticity through art and that that power can be both felt and exchanged with the viewer.

“Art for me is more than the frivolity of reflected beauty. Art is an expression of the human soul and the divine within us . I believe art can be more than a pretty face. It can be arresting, challenging, gutting, and inspiring. I think it is the expression of the deepest truths that can come from us and it is the clearest evidence of our humanity. That’s why I think it is needed now more than ever.”
